Southbourne Cliff Motors is a family business established at the current premises in 1963 by father and son John and Bruce Wilkinson. John had many years previous experience as the general manager of the local Rolls Royce Dealership and Bruce was a prominent rally driver during the 1960's.

Antony Wilkinson took over the business, along with his wife Alison, in the late 90's specialising in the VW/Audi marques's. Antony himself has 30 years experience of the motor trade, starting out after school working from home to managing local main dealerships in the late 80's and running another local family business 'Hughes' in the 90's.

After many years dealing in VW/Audi cars the company became more involved in the supply and conversion of VW Transporter T5 vans and for a number of years this became the  main source of supply resulting in the re-branding to 'FunkyDubz.com' giving the company a stronger identity in the ever growing Web based market.

To this day Antony is still specialising in the VW/Audi brand due to its strong market presence and more importantly the quality of manufacture. Assisting Antony in running the company are Ben who looks after the showrooms and day to day running in Antony's absence and Ray who looks after the in-house workshops.

As a company we strive to satisfy all of our customers both past and present and would like to think that over the years we have built an enviable reputation which we work hard to keep.

Located just past Southampton on the main railway line from London Waterloo we are easily accessible by train or car, if travelling by train please call and we will happily collect you, weekdays, from the station.
